San Diego’s seasonal rooms start changing into holiday settings in November, with festive cocktails and a few reasons to plan an early get-together before December fills up.

This guide covers announced November 2026 holiday pop-ups. They are not all open at the beginning of November. A bar transformation is not automatically a free event or an all-ages outing.

Last checked October 27, 2026. Confirm holiday hours and age rules before going, especially around Thanksgiving.

How to plan a November visit

If you want all three options from this list, aim for the final weekend of November. For an earlier outing, verify the Hyatt changeover before arranging the rest of your evening. Check the final menu prices and ask about younger guests rather than assuming every hotel bar has the same policy.
